First large get-together of the extensive Wolfart-fimilyline, the descendants of Bartholomäus Wolfart (1636-1701). He is the proven progenitor of 13 generations with the amount of 447 descendants who spread out widely and can be found in (Rhineland)-Palatinate, in the areas of Hanau, Frankfurt/Main and Berlin and of course in Edelfingen. To day the Meeting took place as the house of sports of Edelfingen with a common coffeetable and dinner. From a genealogical table, which is 3 meters long and 1 meters wide, everyone was able to trace back his/her familyline as far as Bartholomäus , the progenitor. Under well informed guidance we made a wack through the village with its narlaw an twisty streets and its clean and tidy little houses. One coud guess where and how our ancestors lived. With this Meeting a beginning was made and the wish came up to repeat the same in two yeras .
